John and Alicia’s Disney Boardwalk Engagement!

I received a call in early 2011 from Mrs. Alicia and I knew from the moment we started chatting that she was one awesome gal after my own heart.  She is so sweet and so funny and I knew that I just had to photograph their Wedding. So as I’ve asked each of my brides tto tell me the story of their love, Alicia giggled and said, “We met at Sears”! She shared with me how they had both worked at Sears together about 7 years ago and were just mutual friends. Then years later they were matched up together by mutal friends for a date and the rest is history.  Their Wedding is “Love Birds” themed with bird cages and very earthy tones.  I did want to take time though and post their adorable Engagement pictures that we took at the Disney Boardwalk here in Orlando Florida. These were taken in late August and it was soooo hot outside but I think we were able to get a few wonderful shots of them. Enjoy these and let Alicia and John know how much you’ve enjoyed their images.

Sara B’s Bridal Session

I finally have the chance to share this gorgeous session with you! Beautiful Sara! I showed ya’ll a sneak peak a few posts back. Well here are some of my favs from the session. Sara is a clothing designer in New York! Her and I actually went to High School together and know a lot of the same people BUT we never knew each other in HS, what a small world.  We originally had plans to do her bridal session in Leu Gardens BUT they were not too nice that day and actually were closing at 5pm which was still WAY WAY too bright out for open  area shooting. SO we opted for Rollins College in Winter Park. And I am so glad we did, the lighting was amazing, Enjoy these and leave a little love for Sara, she worked hard designing and making her own dress!! Oh yea did I mention that??  Check out the Sneak Peak on more info about that.

Back 2 School Mini Sessions!

I’ve been so slammed with work Praise the Lord, that I just haven’t had the time to blog or Facebook all of my sessions!  I am finally posting a few of the Back to school Mini Sessions I had in September. This was sooo much fun! Now the first day of shooting turned into a nightmare with only one time slot being completed, the others had to be rescheduled due to horrible Florida rain and Lightening. A MAJOR bummer since it nearly took me 15minutes to unload my car of the props…..setup the scene and just to take it down and load it back as the rain began to POUR! Thank the Lord my vintage props didn’t get ruined. But I at least captured one Kiddo that day 🙂 Oh oh…and on another note, during the next scheduled shoot I was nearly attacked by a bat LOL.  I was trying to load my car with the props and a bat kept sweeping down at my car!  I was scared to death! But everything was totally worth it to capture such cute kiddos! Here are just a few of the cutie pies from that special shoot!
