Hey friends and fans. I posted a picture of my dinner tonight and a bunch of ladies messaged me for the recipe. So here ya go friends. This is a quick and delicious dinner that my family loves. I’ve made it for a few friends whom all love it now too. You can really take this dish to different levels with your seasonings.
Chicken tenderloins or Thin Sliced chicken breast seasoned with Lemon Pepper seasoning and rosemary. Pan seared in olive oil.
I also sometimes put asparagus tips in it for additional flavor. Simple to make.
Chicken tenderloins or Thin sliced chicken breast.
1 cup of flour (more or less depending on how many pieces you cook)
1 tbs of McCormick Lemon Pepper seasoning
1 tbs of rosemary
1 tbs of sea salt or kosher salt
1/2 cup of chicken broth
2 splashes of white wine
1 Knorr chicken stock cube
Use either Chicken tenderloins or thin sliced chicken breast. In a plate…take a cup of flour…1tbs of lemon pepper seasoning..1 tbs of dried rosemary…a few pinches of sea salt and mix into into your flour. Heat some olive oil in a non coated pan. Take your chicken and cover it in the flour on both sides. Then pan sear on your chicken about 3-5 min per side on low to medium heat. Chicken will not be fully done. Remove chicken. then take a 1/2 cup of chicken broth and add to pan..scrape all the yummy bits lose from the pan bottom. Then add a 2 TBS of white wine. And then I added a Knorr chicken stock cube to thicken the sauce. Mix stock cube into the wine and broth until dissolved. Add chicken back into the pan. Then take a half lemon and squeeze the juice all over the chicken and in the sauce. Add a few lemon slices and then cover with a lid. Let it simmer on low for about 7 more minutes or until the chicken is fully done. Sauce will thicken and become a nice gravy!!!
